Sean-Roy will present a short history on foraging, discussing it’s recent cultural resurgence, and considering the political implications of knowledge-sharing and self-reliance against the backdrop of neoliberalism. You’ll be guided through some of the basics of responsible picking before sampling some tasty local flora and creating your own wild sauerkraut.
